Use the configurator in Section 6 to build your country scope and see a live cost estimate across both deployment models. All figures are indicative until confirmed in a 30-minute scoping call.

H2W Cloud SaaS
H2W hosts and operates the connector. You connect via a simple API or LN adapter. No infrastructure to manage.
- No cloud account required. Runs in H2W's EU tenant (Frankfurt).
- Lowest upfront cost (EUR 5,000 onboarding per entity)
- Full L1-L3 support included in the subscription
- Continuous regulatory updates, no change-management work on your side
- 10-year GoBD archival bundled
- Data in H2W EU tenant, not suitable where own-region sovereignty is mandated
- Per-invoice fees bundled with subscription margin (not pass-through)
- Monthly subscription cost grows linearly with entities and directions
- Less customization than a dedicated AWS deployment
Customer AWS
The connector and country formatters run in your own AWS account. You own the infrastructure.
- Full infrastructure ownership and data residency control
- Per-invoice fees at cost (pass-through), lower unit economics at high volume
- Scales with your existing AWS governance, IAM, and monitoring stack
- Predictable long-run cost for 50,000+ invoices/year
- Requires an existing AWS account. H2W does not include AWS onboarding, Organizations, or VPC/IAM baseline.
- Higher one-time setup (EUR 10,000 per entity)
- You cover L1/L2 support; H2W handles L3
- You run CloudWatch monitoring and own archival S3 costs
Both models include: LN connector, country format library, routing provider integration, test environment, go-live support. Customer AWS additionally includes infrastructure setup and handover documentation.
Q-TRO-26-042: Custom LSP Build
Scope: Germany outbound (XRechnung / Peppol send only)
Custom development, single-country, single-direction implementation by an external LSP.
One-time build cost. Does not include receive-side, other countries, or maintenance SLA.
H2W E-Invoicing: DE Send Only (AWS)
Scope: Germany outbound via H2W pre-built connector. Same compliance output.
Pre-built connector, activated for your LN instance. Includes test environment and go-live support.
Add DE receive, FR, IT at any time for a fraction of a second custom build.
USD/EUR comparison is approximate at current rates. The key difference is not just cost but reusability: H2W's modular architecture means adding Germany receive or France costs EUR 5,000-15,000 incremental, not another full custom build at USD 56K.
| Country | Readiness | Format / Network | Mandate timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Germany (DE) | Ready now | XRechnung / Peppol | Receive: 2025. Send: 2027 |
| France (FR) | Ready now | PDP (registered) | Receive + Send: 2026-2027 |
| Italy (IT) | 6-8 weeks | SDI | Live since 2019 |

| Poland (PL) | 6-8 weeks | KSeF | 2026 |
| Belgium (BE) | 6-8 weeks | Peppol | 2026 |
| Netherlands (NL) | 6-8 weeks | Peppol | Peppol-based |
| Austria (AT) | 6-8 weeks | Peppol | B2G live |
| Luxembourg (LU) | 6-8 weeks | Peppol | 2026 B2G |
| Switzerland (CH) | 8-12 weeks | Direct / Peppol | Voluntary |
| Sweden (SE) | 8-12 weeks | Peppol | Peppol-based |
| Denmark (DK) | 8-12 weeks | Peppol | Peppol-based |
| Norway (NO) | 8-12 weeks | Peppol | Peppol-based |
| Finland (FI) | 8-12 weeks | Peppol | Peppol-based |
Lead times apply to first customer in that country. Subsequent customers: 2-3 weeks. Ordering a country with a build lead time commits H2W to that timeline after contract signing.
Outbound (Send)
Your Infor LN generates a sales invoice. The H2W connector transforms it to the country-specific XML format (UBL 2.1, XRechnung, FatturaPA etc.), signs and submits it to the routing network (Peppol access point, PDP, SDI), and returns the acknowledgment to LN.
Per-invoice fee reflects access point transmission cost and varies by country and network.
Inbound (Receive)
Your supplier sends an e-invoice through their routing network. The H2W connector receives it at your Peppol access point or PDP inbox, validates the format, converts to LN purchase invoice, and posts it for matching.
Typical industrial companies receive significantly more invoices than they send. Model both volumes separately in the configurator for an accurate SaaS estimate.

- Best cost at high invoice volume
- Requires existing AWS account
- Higher upfront setup cost
- Customer covers L1/L2 support
Indicative pricing. Finalized after a 30-minute scoping call. Per-invoice fees reflect underlying provider costs (PDP, Peppol access point, government portal) and vary by country. Build lead times apply to first customer in that country; subsequent customers deploy in 2-3 weeks. Each entity corresponds to one Infor LN financial company (Buchungskreis) with its own Peppol participant ID. H2W Cloud SaaS includes ongoing updates to e-invoice formats and country mandates (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, Factur-X, KSeF, and others) as part of the subscription. Customer AWS deployments require a separate maintenance contract for the same coverage.
Country Format Library
Each country module handles the full format chain: LN business object to XML (UBL 2.1, XRechnung, FatturaPA, CFDI, or local variant), mandatory field mapping, tax code translation, and format validation before transmission. Country modules are maintained by H2W as mandates evolve. Customers receive updates without re-implementation.
