H2W E-Invoicing for Trojan Technologies

EU mandate coverage for your Infor LN instance. Pre-built solution ready to activate.
Prepared for Luciano Barros, Trojan Technologies | H2W Consulting GmbH | April 2026

Executive Summary
1 min
EU countries are mandating structured e-invoicing between 2025 and 2027. For companies running Infor LN, meeting these mandates means building or buying a compliant outbound and inbound invoice pipeline for each country. H2W E-Invoicing is a pre-built, modular solution that activates per country and per direction, connected directly to your LN instance.

The core proposition Pay per country, per direction. Activate what you need today. Add countries as mandates roll out. No monolithic implementation, no vendor lock-in to a single LSP. H2W manages the routing provider relationships (Peppol access point, PDP in France, SDI in Italy) so your team does not have to.

Use the configurator in Section 6 to build your country scope and see a live cost estimate across both deployment models. All figures are indicative until confirmed in a 30-minute scoping call.

The EU E-Invoicing Mandate
1 min
The EU e-invoicing directive (2014/55/EU) and successive national implementations require B2B companies to send and receive structured electronic invoices through approved channels. Deadlines vary by country and company size.

Why act now Germany's receive mandate is already live for large companies. France's PDP registration window requires lead time before the 2026 send mandate. Companies that start the integration process now have sufficient runway; companies that wait until Q4 2025 may face compliance gaps.

Two Deployment Options
2 min
H2W E-Invoicing can run in your own cloud environment or in H2W's managed cloud infrastructure. Both options connect to the same routing networks (Peppol, PDP, SDI) and deliver the same compliance output. The choice is about infrastructure ownership and cost structure.
Customer AWS

The connector and country formatters run in your own AWS account. You own the infrastructure.

Pros
  • Full infrastructure ownership and data residency control
  • Per-invoice fees at cost (pass-through), lower unit economics at high volume
  • Scales with your existing AWS governance, IAM, and monitoring stack
  • Predictable long-run cost for 50,000+ invoices/year
Cons
  • Requires an existing AWS account. H2W does not include AWS onboarding, Organizations, or VPC/IAM baseline.
  • Higher one-time setup (EUR 10,000 per entity)
  • You cover L1/L2 support; H2W handles L3
  • You run CloudWatch monitoring and own archival S3 costs
Best fit: companies already on AWS with high invoice volume, data-residency requirements, or internal cloud ops teams.
EUR 10,000 setup + EUR 500/month per entity

Both models include: LN connector, country format library, routing provider integration, test environment, go-live support. Customer AWS additionally includes infrastructure setup and handover documentation.

Your Custom LSP Quote vs. H2W E-Invoicing
1 min
Your current quote (Q-TRO-26-042) covers a custom-built e-invoicing integration for Germany outbound. Below is a direct comparison against H2W E-Invoicing for the same scope.
Q-TRO-26-042: Custom LSP Build

Scope: Germany outbound (XRechnung / Peppol send only)

Custom development, single-country, single-direction implementation by an external LSP.

One-time build cost. Does not include receive-side, other countries, or maintenance SLA.

USD 56,160 one-time

USD/EUR comparison is approximate at current rates. The key difference is not just cost but reusability: H2W's modular architecture means adding Germany receive or France costs EUR 5,000-15,000 incremental, not another full custom build at USD 56K.

Country Coverage Matrix

All 14 countries are available to order today. The readiness badge indicates the build lead time for the first H2W customer in that country. After the first deployment, subsequent customers go live in 2-3 weeks.

6
Send vs. Receive: What Is Included
1 min
Most e-invoicing mandates cover both directions: you must send compliant invoices to customers and receive compliant invoices from suppliers. The technical scope and routing provider differ significantly between send and receive.

Outbound (Send)

Your Infor LN generates a sales invoice. The H2W connector transforms it to the country-specific XML format (UBL 2.1, XRechnung, FatturaPA etc.), signs and submits it to the routing network (Peppol access point, PDP, SDI), and returns the acknowledgment to LN.

Per-invoice fee reflects access point transmission cost and varies by country and network.

Inbound (Receive)

Your supplier sends an e-invoice through their routing network. The H2W connector receives it at your Peppol access point or PDP inbox, validates the format, converts to LN purchase invoice, and posts it for matching.

Typical industrial companies receive significantly more invoices than they send. Model both volumes separately in the configurator for an accurate SaaS estimate.

Bundle pricing Adding the second direction (send after receive, or receive after send) for the same country costs 50% less than the first direction. A company activating both directions for Germany pays EUR 15,000 one-time (AWS) instead of EUR 20,000, and EUR 1,500/month (SaaS) instead of EUR 2,000.

Pros & cons
Pros

Indicative pricing. Finalized after a 30-minute scoping call. Per-invoice fees reflect underlying provider costs (PDP, Peppol access point, government portal) and vary by country. Build lead times apply to first customer in that country; subsequent customers deploy in 2-3 weeks. Each entity corresponds to one Infor LN financial company (Buchungskreis) with its own Peppol participant ID. H2W Cloud SaaS includes ongoing updates to e-invoice formats and country mandates (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, Factur-X, KSeF, and others) as part of the subscription. Customer AWS deployments require a separate maintenance contract for the same coverage.

Integration Architecture
1 min
The H2W connector sits between your Infor LN instance and the country-specific routing networks. It handles format transformation, digital signing, and acknowledgment feedback without requiring changes to your LN configuration.

Country Format Library

Each country module handles the full format chain: LN business object to XML (UBL 2.1, XRechnung, FatturaPA, CFDI, or local variant), mandatory field mapping, tax code translation, and format validation before transmission. Country modules are maintained by H2W as mandates evolve. Customers receive updates without re-implementation.

Next Steps
1 min
The next step is a 30-minute scoping call to confirm your country scope, invoice volumes, and preferred deployment model. We will turn the configurator estimate into a formal quote within 48 hours of the call.
What happens in the scoping call We confirm the country list, map your LN version and current invoice flow, size the integration effort, and discuss the deployment model. You walk away with a fixed-price quote and a proposed go-live timeline. No commitment required on the call.
